He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Gus Tolliver and Minta Caudill Tolliver; his wife Debbie Tolliver; his children, Beverly Miller (Clay), Renee Combs (Steven) and David Tolliver (Jenna); his stepson Jeffrey Coomer (Kim); his grandchildren, Mallory, Chelsea (Andy), Dylan, Madi and Blake (Amanda); and his sisters, Sue Parks, Shirley, Maxine and Janie.
