He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis and Delilia Coots Lewis; his wife Odessa Jones Lewis; his son Daniel Dock Lewis; and his siblings, Boyd Lewis, Homer Lewis, Lee Lewis, Ida Cornett, Mallie Lewis, Elsie Pence and Marie Brashears.
He is survived by: his children, Ruby Partin of Linefork, Kentucky and Michael Lewis (Tammy) of Linefork, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Nikita Partin, Jessica Durant, Keith Adams, Emily Lewis (Matt), Terra Partin, Gary Partin, Jr. and Patrick Adams; and his great grandchildren, Tymon, Adron, Apollo, Amory, Azyrel, Michael, Caden, London Jr., Allie, Kolton and Hayden.
