She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jay Chadwell of Manchester and Peggy Smith Chadwell of Tazewell, Tennessee.; her husband Gregory Halcomb; her children, Gregory Matthew Halcomb of Vine Grove and Ashley Renee Jones of Chatsworth, Georgia; her siblings, Jimmy Chadwell and Christina Chadwell; and her grandchildren, Emily Rebekah Grace Gilliam, Seth Alan Gilliam Jr., Shyann Randi Halcomb and Colton James Gregory Halcomb.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions Private Services will be held.
