He is survived by: his wife Melissa Dunn Eldridge; his sons, Austin Eldridge of Turkey and Jonathan Eldridge of Morehead; and his siblings, Mark Eldridge of Perry County, Melissa Shepherd of Turkey Creek and Sherry Johnson of Louisville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
