He is survived by: his sons, Kelvin Polly (Tiffany) and Shannon Polly (Cindy); his close friend Sonya Mosier; his siblings, Grace Cornett, Phyllis Smith (Clover Lick), Frances Polly, Bobby Polly (Brenda), Gilley, Herman Polly (Sharon) and Roger Polly; his grandchildren, Triston Polly, Leyton Polly, Jordan Morrow, Mykoria Polly and Javier Polly; and his great grandchild Rylee Morrow. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
