She was predeceased by: her husband Glen L. Cornett; her parents, Mae Boggs Polly and Jim Polly; her children, Glendora E. Cornett and Carlos Cornett; and her siblings, James Polly and Mary Faye Creech.
She is survived by: her children, Charlie Cornett, Anthony Wayne Cornett and Tammy J. Wilson (Dennis); and her siblings, Phyllis Smith, Fran Polly, Roger Polly, Herman Polly and Bobby Polly. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
