He is survived by: his parent Lois Hall Maggard; his wife Deborah Sandlin Maggard; his children, Brian Daniel Maggard (Michelle Slone) of Pistol City, Jody Eugene Maggard of Cowan, Jeremy Bradley Maggard (Brittany) of Thornton and Kimberly Cornett (Robert Brent) of Linefork; and his siblings, James Edward Maggard of Crafts Colley and Christine Baker of Beaverdam.
