She is survived by: her parents, Herman Polly and Glenda Sue Tolliver; her siblings, Mikey Tolliver, Brian Polly, Janice Lynn and Rachel Polly; her children, Cortney Akemon and Clayton Akemon; and her grandsons, Mason and Isaiah Cole.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Defeated Creek Old Regular Baptist Church (830 Cr-1265, Defeated Creek, KY 41833). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
