She was predeceased by: her parents, Claudie Skaggs and Ethel Hudson Skaggs; and her siblings, Haskel, Leroy, Wallace Skaggs, Catherine Overcast and Helen Webb.
She is survived by: her husband James L. "Jimmy" Meredith; her children, Regina Webb (Brent) of Bowling Green, Steve Meredith of Lindseyville and Cliff Meredith of Lindseyville; her grandchildren, Brian Webb (Angie) of Bowling Green, Meredith Thornton (Ben) of Bowling Green and Jordan Renick (David) of Bowling Green; her great grandchildren, Broderick Farley, Ben, Blake Webb, Cade, Ainsley Thornton, Nash and Beau Renick; and her brother Jerry Dallas Skaggs (Colleen) of Louisville. She is also survived by friends, nieces and nephews.
