She is survived by: her daughter Rita Jewell Fields (Tim) of Lily, KY; her siblings, Sam Daniels of Hazard, KY, Fred Daniels of Hazard, KY and Geraldine Vaughn of London, KY; her grandchildren, Brandon Fields (Kelsey), Kristin Fields Morgan (Jarrett), Benjamin Fields, Sondra Morris (Mike), Ronnie Eversole (Missy), Shaun Eversole (Devin), Holly Vaughn, Dusty Jewell (Tosha), Jeremy Jewell (Morgan), Hunter Jewell and Noah Jewell; her great grandchildren, Emery Morgan, Ashley Noble (Timmy), Devin Morris, Briana Eversole (Devan), Jaycie Eversole, Evin-Shaun Eversole, Harley Jewell, Haley Jewell, Dustin Jerry Jewell, Zach Farris, Cameron Farris, Jordan Farris and Brooklyn Johnson; and her great great grandchild Presley Noble.
