She was predeceased by: her husband John Southard; her parents, Herman Ball and Sarah Ball (Madden); and her siblings, Richard Ball and Eva Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Troy Southard of London and Roy Southard of Gray Hawk; her sibling Mendall Ball of Owsley County; her grandchild Julie Peters of McKee; and her children, Cailtyn Southard, Allison Peters of McKee and Dalton Andrew Combs of London.
