He is survived by: his fiancé Brenda Edwards of Barbourville, Kentucky; his children, Mackenzie Hopkins of Lily and Tyler Hopkins of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; his parent Clyde Hopkins of Lily; his stepparent Roberta Hopkins of Lily, Kentucky; his sibling Mike Hopkins of London, Kentucky; and his stepsiblings, Robert Farmer of London, Mike Farmer of London and Tommy Farmer of London.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to London Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
