He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrett Setser and Maud Roark Setser; his spouse Danna Lou West Setser; and his siblings, Junior Setser, John Setser, Myrtle Rees and Luther Setser.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Bartlett of Lily, David Setser (Cheryl) of Portsmouth and Kimberly Wright of Corbin, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Misti Bartlett (Rhys), Shelby Jaus (Robert), James Blue (Shvonne), Carol Ann Setser, Amanda Wright and Rebecca Wright.
