She was predeceased by: her parents, Armor Cheek and Juanita Cleo Smith Cheek; her siblings, Audrey Darlene Hetzer, Armor Kenneth Cheek and Charles Denny Cheek; and her brother-in-law Robert Shough.
She is survived by: her husband James E. Wyatt; her daughters, Juanita Jeannine Wyatt of Lexington, KY and Rena Gale Reed (James) of Lily, Kentucky; her siblings, Doris Jean Woodard (Jerry) of Lily, KY, Connie Marie Shough of Portage, IN, Eugene Cheek of Barbourville, KY and Rita Gay Wagner (Randall) of Barbourville, KY; and her grandchildren, Lucas James Reed, Brennan Kathleen Wyatt and Kennedy Blythe Reed.
