J.) of Erlanger, KY; her stepson Joe Bachman (Nicole) of Indiana; her siblings, Jerry Lee Woodard (Lisa) of Westville, IN and Crystal Dawn Woodard of Lily, KY; her niece Natasha Lee Woodard; and her nephew Ian Michael Woodard.
