He is survived by: his wife Susan "Suzi" Dixon; his children, Matthew Moore (Brittany), Dawn Patterson and Dee Daniels (Casey); his grandchildren, Julie, Rebekah, Isaiah, Eli, Tucker, Jeremiah, Gracelyn and Malachi; his siblings, Philip Dixon (Angela), Denise Benge (Jack) and April Brock (Brandon); and his grandson Cooper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
