He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hubbard and Bertha Honeycutt Hubbard; and his siblings, Orangie Ray Hubbard, Deloris Messer, Betty Spurlock and Geraldine Spencer.

He is survived by: his wife Ina B. Reaves Hubbard; his children, Philip Daniel Hubbard of Lily, KY, William Mark Hubbard of Detroit, MI, Timothy Jerome Hubbard (Eileen) of Garden City, MI and Sherrie Lynn Marinkovich (Tom) of Grosse Ile, MI; his sister Vera Damon (Jerry) of Tylersville, OH; his grandchildren, Amelia Hubbard, Sara Hubbard, Shelby Hubbard, David Mark Hubbard, Alana Saige Hubbard, Timothy Jerome Hubbard II, Austin Jacob Hubbard, Nikolas Marinkovich, Makenzie Marinkovich and Lucas Marinkovich; and his great grandchildren, Cody Blake Newsom, Jack David Hubbard, Liam Litton and Olivia Jane Hubbard.
