She was predeceased by: her father Josh Ed Powers; her husband Hobert Manes; her son Hugh Everett Shelton (Taffy); and her sister Lucille Pemberton. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Shelton (Lou Ann) of Delta, Tommy Manes (Shirley) of Siler, Ronnie Manes (Retha) of Williamsburg, Johnny Manes (Charlotte) of Corbin, Randy Manes (Bobbie Jean) of Corbin and Misty Hood (Ken) of Versailles, Kentucky; and her siblings, Ruth McCullough (Don) of Richmond, Aileen Spencley of Toledo, Ohio and H. K. Powers (Lafern) of Richmond, Kentucky. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
