She is survived by: her husband Sam Durham; her mother Beulah Begley; her children, Kelly Church (Angie) and Kyle Church (Megean); her grandchildren, Ethan Church (Josselyn), Nicholas Church and Ashton Church; her great grandchild Amaris Church; her sisters, Dora Jean Stacy and Linda Queen (Fonley); her nieces and nephews, Jeanie Neace, Mitzi Scalf (Hershel), Kaci Scalf (Murby), Jessie Ellison, Mike Reynolds (Melissa), Robert Reynolds and Ronnie Stacy; her stepchildren, Caleb Durham, Emmaline Burgraff and Cameron Durham; her close friend Wanda Hensley; and her pets, Goldie and Lila.
