He was predeceased by: his wife Sue C. Sizemore; his parents, Dave Sizemore and Mildred Sizemore (Landrum); and his sister Yvonne McCarty (Sizemore). He is survived by: his children, Lisa Brock (Barry) of London, Shantel Amburgey (Jeff) of London, Debbie Sizemore of Lily and Donnie Sizemore II (Crystal) of Corbin, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Cejay Helton (Alicia), Brittany Miller (T. J.) and Hannah Amburgey; and his great grandchild Maxton Trae Miller.
