He was predeceased by: his aunt Michelle Creech. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Thomas and Tammy Mounce Thomas of Lily, KY; his sister Sierra Snyder (Korey) of Keavy, KY; his grandmothers, Joyce Mounce of East Bernstadt, KY, Sandy Price of Eubank, KY and Mable Thomas of Hamilton, OH; and his aunt Tina Mounce.
