We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2018, Connie Lynn Worthington (Lily, Kentucky), born in Cincinnati, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Justin Russell; and her parents, Raymond Couch and Rose Couch. She is survived by: her husband James Worthington; her children, Daniel Russell and Amy Russell; her stepchildren, Jimmy Worthington and Charles Worthington; her grandchildren, Trystan Russell, Hunter Russell, Orin Russell, Gage Russell, Annabelle Becker, Dylan Russell, Isaac Worthington and Kole Worthington; and her siblings, Rodney Tincher, Scotty Tincher, Benjamin Crouch and Theresa Tincher. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be given to the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master Street, Corbin, KY 40701 to help with funeral expenses.
