It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Connie Lynn Worthingon (Lily, Kentucky), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on April 8, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Justin Russell; and her parents, Raymond Couch and Rose Couch. She is survived by: her husband James Worthington; her children, Daniel Russell and Amy Russell; her stepchildren, Jimmy Worthington and Charles Worthington; her grandchildren, Trystan Russell, Hunter Russell, Orin Russell, Gage Russell, Annabelle Becker, Dylan Russell, Isaac Worthington and Kole Worthington; and her siblings, Rodney Tincher, Scotty Tincher, Benjamin Crouch and Theresa Tincher. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be given to the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master Street, Corbin, KY 40701 to help with funeral expenses.
