He is survived by: his wife Lois Jean Lockaby Proffitt of Lily, Kentucky.; his son Kenneth Baker (Brenda Cox) of London, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Michael, Matthew and Adrienne Baker; his niece Melissa Southard of Corbin, Kentucky; and his sister-in-law Eula Chaney of Lily.
