She is survived by: her husband Ottis Fultz; her children, Michelle King (Gorman), Rosetta Hollin, Samantha Boone (Michael), Jason Fultz (Theresa), Shane Fultz (Angie) and Lacey Fultz; her grandchildren, Corey, Trevar, Brittany, Joshua, Alexis, Matthew, Monika, Thristen, Harley, Courtney, Bailey and Isabella; her brother Joe Smith; her aunt Maxine Haynes; her son-in-law Harold Hollin; and her siblings-in-law, Janet Faye Bailey, Lois Eversole, Eddey Mae Carpenter, Mendel Fultz, Ed Fultz and Terry Fultz. She is also survived by other relatives and numerous friends.
