He is survived by: his spouse Kim Hyde Stewart of Lily, Kentucky.; his children, Deborah Burns (Kevin) of London, Kentucky, Chassidy Turner (David) of London, Kentucky, Cayden Stewart of Lily and Crystal Helton (Michael) of South Carolina; and his siblings, Lorrine McQueen (Stanley) of Lily, James Stewart (April) of London and Donnie Patterson of London.
