She is survived by: her daughters, Gina Bishop (Donnie) of Lick Creek, KY, Valerie Mullins of Grundy, VA and Ashley Hackney of Grundy, VA; her brother Eddie Hawkins of Dayton, TN; and her great grandchildren, Victoria, Tanner, Brooke, Mason, Isabella, Audrey, Aubree and Emilee.
