She is survived by: her husband Hubert Howard of Salyersville; her children, Veryl Howard of Salyersville, Carl Howard of Salyersville, Shannon Howard of Salyersville, Victoria Simmons (Carl) of Salyersville and Louise Howard (Jason) of Salyersville; her siblings, Melroy George Kellogg of Mesa, Judy Louise Sheedy of Fredricksburg and Florence Erma Kellogg of Aurora; and her stepsons, Herald Ray Howard of Salyersville and Jeremy Ray Howard of Springfield. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, a host of family and friends.
