She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew J. Blackburn and Pearlie Bishop Blackburn; her husband James Audrey Thacker; her son James Ecliff Thacker; and her siblings, Tommy, Mosco, Hasco, Corbet Blackburn, Velva Keene, Dorothy Justice, Lavon Owens, Edna Mae Shanks, Faye Blackburn and Dorlis Hackney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Hunt of Mouthcard, KY, Pamela Ramey of Freemont, OH and Stephanie Meade of Lick Creek, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
