He was predeceased by: his father Elmer "Fatty" Kerr; and his siblings, James Elmer Kerr, William Ira Kerr, Lloyd Preston Kerr and Jeanette Kerr.
He is survived by: his wife Olive Faye Bartley Kerr of Lick Creek, KY; his children, Wendell Kerr (Lisa) of Elkhorn City, KY and Trista Danielle McCoy (James Michael) of Lick Creek, KY; his granddaughter Alexandria Domineec Kerr; his stepgrandsons, Alex Corey Adams and Trevor Conn Adams; his grandchildren, Morgan Elizabeth Hamilton, Matthew Aiden Hamilton, Nicholas Clay Allen, Madeline Grace Branham, Maeci Faith Branham and Trace Eric Branham; his stepgreat-grandchildren, James Michael McCoy, Jr. and Valerie Lynn McCoy; and his sisters, Peggy Farmer of Belcher, KY. and Mary Evelyn "Bobby" Hamilton of Belcher, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
