He is survived by: his wife Marcia Lea Salyer Crum of Lick Creek, KY; his children, William Franklin Crum (Sandra) of Kimper, KY and Stephanie Phillips (Paul) of Lick Creek, KY; his grandchildren, Zackary Crum (Jessica) of Clearwater, FL, Jordan Looney of Salyersville, KY, Lakan Mullins (Jordan) of Catlettsburg, KY and Coltan Phillips (Alex) of Phyllis, KY; his great grandchildren, Katherine, Hunter, Cooper, Giana, Jax, Liam, Carter and Londyn; and his siblings, Delbert Crum of Pikeville, KY, William Crum of Elkhorn City, KY, James Crum (Shawna) of Elkhorn City, KY, Mary Lou Sifers (Al) of Elkhorn City, KY and Martha Lee Gilbert of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by many other family members and brothers and sisters.
