He was predeceased by: his brother Eddie Ray Perry. He is survived by: his father Arthur L. Perry; his wife Rita Mullins Perry; his daughter Melissa (Jason LawrenceApril Michelle); his grandchildren, Serena Michelle Lawrence, Dalton Lee Lawrence, Zachary Paul Bell and Perry Isaac BellAdditionally; and his mother Beatrice Perry.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McKnight Funeral Home (147 Main St, Crab Orchard, KY 40419). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
