He is survived by: his siblings, William "Bill" Shouse (Donna) of Indianapolis, IN and Mary Ann Benningfield of Campbellsville; and his nieces and nephews, Stephen, Patty, Todd, Lester, Lisa, Dan, Steven and Debbie.
