She is survived by: her husband Johnnie; her children, Deborah Hack, Tina Adams and William Earnest "Buddy" Hack; and her sisters, Williebell, Liz, Valerie, Terica and Merida. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
