He is survived by: his sons, Kyle Coffey (Kendra) of Demossville, KY and Kelly Coffey of Warsaw, KY; and his brothers, Jim Coffey (Lydia) of Liberty, Jack Coffey (Susan) of Knoxville, TN and Jerel Coffey of Harrodsburg. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
