He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Hafley of Indiana, Glenn Garrett (Lynn) of Louisiana and Joni Wiser of Liberty; his stepson Shawn Coffman (Sheila) of Liberty; and his siblings, Danny Hafley (Viola) of Liberty, Jerry Hafley (Jean) of Indianapolis, Robert Hafley (Ada) of Indianapolis, Wayne Hafley (Betty) of Indianapolis and Betty Modlin of Frankfort. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
