He was predeceased by: his parents, James Warner and Loral Campbell Warner; and his brothers, Earl Warner of Merl Warner, O. D, Edward Warner and Chester B. Warner.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Juanita Tanner Warner of Liberty; his children, Carol Cantwell (Terry) of Elizabethtown, Connie Warner Barker (Bobby) of Campbellsville and Jeff Warner (Cindy) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Laurie Hudson (Brent) of Richmond, Miranda Beam (Brian) of Bardstown, Josh Gibson (Maria) of Louisville, Erin Cantwell of Ft. Myers, Mary Beth Warner of Bowling Green and John Luke Warner of Jamestown; his great grandchildren, Jeffrey Alcorn (Hannah), Katie Jo Ramey, Luke Hudson, Jonas Beam and Gavin Beam; his great great grandchild Hershel Alcorn; and his brother Samuel Warner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to either the Green River Valley Cemetery fund or Pleasant Grove Separate Baptist Church.
