He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ellison and Maurine Hatter Ellison; and his sister June Byrd Rucker. He is survived by: his wife Karen Wright Ellison; his children, Melissa Vaughn (Brad) of Liberty, Adam Ellison (Katie) of Bowling Green and Jordan Ellison (Coco) of Lexington; his sister Brenda Buis of Cincinnati, OH; and his grandchildren, Sophia, Dominic and Dawson.
