He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement V. Carman and Nora L. Campbell Carman; his sisters, Betty Lou Overstreet (Russell), Lettie Sue Pittman (Corbett) and Judy Carol Francher; and his close friend Betty Bray.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cassidy Brooke Kerney (Kyle) of Byrdstown, TN and Christian Helm of Russell County; his great grandchild Saylor Kerney; his sister Jody Salyers (late Ronnie) of Waynesburg; his brother-in-law Charles Ray Francher of Indianapolis, IN; and his close friend Lewis Doss. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
