Davey Coffman Obituary

We bid farewell to Davey Coffman of Liberty, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 14, 2025 at the age of 87. Davey touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Coffman and Ida Belle Hughes Coffman; his sons, Jeff Compton and Gerald Leon Compton; and his siblings, Curtis, Marvin, Stanley, Forrest, Sherrill, Edward Jack, Albert "Buss" Coffman, Catherine Compton, Beatrice Pike and Irene Gibson.

He is survived by: his son Davey Coffman Jr. (Holly) of Liberty; and his grandchildren, Danielle Coffman, Candace Wolfe, Nick Coffman and Caleb Compton.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bartle Funeral Home Chapel (142 KY-49, Liberty, KY 42539). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
