He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Cravens and Mary Alice Gadberry Cravens; his brothers, Terril and Gene Cravens; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred Cravens, Masel McKee and James Carr.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Dick Cravens of Liberty; his children, Susan Soule (Richard) of Liberty and Joseph Cravens (Suzanne) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Logan Soule (Ashley), Jayden Soule and Ella Cravens; his great grandchildren, Ivy, Huntlee and Callum Soule; his siblings, Harold Cravens, Helen McKee, Izella McQueen, Marcella Carr and Patty Atwood (Ronnie); and his sisters-in-law, Betty Jean Cravens and Connie Cravens.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McKinney-Brown Funeral Home (752 Campbellsville St, Liberty, KY 42539). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Darrel's memory to the Valley Oak Cemetery.
