She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Lay and Darlene Jeanette Ropp Lay; and her brothers, Christopher Jay Lay, Michael Lynn Lay and Ricky Allen Lay.
She is survived by: her husband Eddie Russell Lee; her son Daniel Lee (Ken Dean) of Liberty; her siblings, Angela Murphy (Mike) of Somerset, Christina Caron of Cincinnati and Bruce Leigh (Kelly) of Somerset; and her sisters-in-law, Tina Lay of Hustonville and Kimberly Lay of Lebanon.
