It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Faye Goforth (Liberty, Kentucky), who passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raphael Ware and Joyce Patton Ware; and her siblings, Ronnie Ware and Diana Parton. She is survived by: her children, Joshua Goforth and Leah Goforth; her sisters, Donna Winebrink (Jimmy) and Deborah Ware; and her grandchildren, Micaela Goodman, Landon Pendleton and Alora Beth Muller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McKinney-Brown Funeral Home (752 Campbellsville St, Liberty, KY 42539). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to help the family offset funeral expenses.
