It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benny Scott of Liberty, Kentucky, who passed away on October 11, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Scott and Dorothy Cox Scott; his grandchild Ryan Livengood; his siblings, Hubert Scott, David Scott, Doris Brown, Ruby Cochran, Catherine Smith and Sue Cochran; and his parents-in-law, Reverend Leonard and Alma Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Scott (Hill); his children, Deana Livengood (Ritchie) of Moreland, Dwayne Scott of Liberty, Deangelia Keiffer (Craig) of Lexington and Dakota Scott of Liberty; his grandchildren, Kyle Scott, Eric Livengood, Nick Scott and Ritchie Aaron Livengood (Victoria); and his siblings, Larry Scott, Jewell Payton, Phyllis Lamb and Wanda. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
