She is survived by: her parents, Vickie Clements Crain (late Lynn Crain) of Liberty and Robert Leon "Bob" Salyers (Kathy) of Frankfort, KY; her children, Kaitlyn Wilkerson of Liberty and Dylan Keith Griffin of Liberty; her sister Jessica Coffman (Michael) of Liberty; her niece Sara Coffman; her nephew Jake Coffman; and her stepsisters, Sonya Vaught (Casey) of Yosemite, Tonya Elliott (Tracy) and Laura Hughes (Seth) of Frankfort.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Bartle Funeral Home to help offset the funeral expenses.
