She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas L. Sherlock; her father Tracy Reynolds; and her son Thomas Joseph Sherlock. She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Fordham (Jack); her grandchildren, Andrew Fordham and Haley Fordham Crupper (Lucas); her great grandchildren, Kimora Crupper and Lucas Crupper, Jr.; and her brother Samuel Reynolds (Susan) of Leesburg, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
