With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Thomas Leonard (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on July 7, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Mac and Dorothy Leonard; and his wife Dale. He is survived by: his brother Bobby (Debbie); his children, Dawn, Kim (Brian), Chris, Erin (Jacob), Ross and Christian; and his nephew Shaolin-Do. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, several nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the scholarship and mailed to the Sin Thé Karate School in Lexington, KY.
