He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burroughs Holton and Frances DeLong Holton; and his sister Frances Holton Parker (Tassie). He is survived by: his son William Burroughs Holton II (Candace); his grandchildren, William Osborne Holton, IV (Carrie), Frances DeLong Holton and Taylor Adair Holton; and his great grandchild Hadley DeLong Holton.
