He is survived by: his wife Jacklyn Wingate-Harris; his daughters, Jacqueline Y. Ringo (Frederick) of Georgetown, KY and Tammy Denise Davis, Sr. (Whtiney); his grandchildren, Yvonne Hayden, Priscilla Hayden, Alana Morton (Steffon), Dominique Eubanks (Terri), Portia Eubanks Jackson, Jr. (Roderick), Kerrington Eubanks and Ky-Ree Davis; his great grandchildren, Ephraim, Raven, Samuel, Azrael, Chason, Brooke and Leanna; his great great grandchild Emory; his brothers, James, Chester and Oscar; and his siblings-in-law, Carthel "Wayne" Wingate, Ida B. Wingate, Pamela Wingate and Wilma E. Cloyd (Jeffrey). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
