He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay; his children, Greg Dyk (Casey), Kerry Higgins (Trey) and Neil Dyk; his sisters, Pam Johnson (Tim) and Cheri Disser (John); and his grandchildren, Kendall, Kaitlyn, Reagan, Jackson and McKinley.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society.
